  • Right of Withdrawal. In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason (“Withdrawal Period”). The Withdrawal Period will expire fourteen (14) days from date you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

     

  • Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Nisa Health GmbH (“Nisa Health”), previously Femcan, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement such as by a mailed letter, fax, or email. You may use Nisa Health’s model withdrawal form that is provided at the end of this policy, although it is not obligatory to use our form.

     

  • Effects of Withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract within the Withdrawal Period, Nisa Health shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising out of your choice to select a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

     

  • Return of Goods. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at [Genovevastr 38, 56727 Mayen, Deutschland], without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to use (“Return Period”). The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiration of the fourteen (14) day Return Period.

     

  • Costs of Return. You as the purchaser of goods shall bear all direct and indirect costs associated with returning the goods.

     

  • Condition of Returned Goods. Goods must be returned in an un-open and un-used condition, including health supplements that contain CBD (Cannabidiol). Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns once the packaging seal has been broken.  You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. We reserve the right to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods.

     

  • Non-Returnable Goods. Certain goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable foods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Please note we do not accept returns on sale items or purchases made using gift cards or promotional discounts.

     

  • CBD Products: Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of any CBD products once they have been opened. This is in compliance with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations governing the sale of CBD-containing products. If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. All CBD products sold by Nisa Health comply with U.S. federal law under the 2018 Farm Bill, containing no more than 0.3% THC by dry weight. We do not accept returns on sale items or purchases made using gift cards or promotional discounts.

     

  • Faulty or Damaged Items. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@nisahealth.com with details of the product and the defect. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the faulty or damaged items to us. Upon receipt, we will examine the item and notify you of your refund or replacement via email within a reasonable period of time.

     

  • Exchanges. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send an email to Nisa Health at info@nisahealth.com and send your item to: [Genovevastr 38, 56727 Mayen, Deutschland]. Once the exchanged item is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement.

     

  • CBD and THC Compliance. Some of our health supplements may contain CBD (Cannabidiol) derived from hemp. In compliance with U.S. federal law (Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018), all CBD products sold contain no more than 0.3% THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) by dry weight. In the European Union, our products comply with local regulations, containing no more than 0.2% THC or other applicable thresholds as per specific EU member states.

     

10.1 The legal status of CBD may vary depending on your location. You are responsible for understanding the laws governing possession and use of CBD products in your region. Nisa Health is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from the purchase or use of CBD-containing products where such products are prohibited or restricted.
