The topic of women’s health has been a bit weird and awkward for me to talk about, and I’m sure I’m not the only one. It wasn’t until recently that I learned just how important female health is. And just how much we NEED to talk about it. Nisā is not only a business that I had the privilege of helping found, it’s a sisterhood; a community of strong and powerful women going through changes and developing remedies that help us overcome all of the taboos society has placed around female health. At Nisā, we strive to be the voice of women’s health everywhere and aid in enhancing every female’s superpower!

As a 20 something year old, I can say that Nisā has allowed me to better understand the powerful information our menstrual cycle holds. By focusing on the patterns and symptoms my body exhibits during menstruation I can safely say I feel at ease.
