All prices are listed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a full refund.

We deliver to addresses within the European Union. Delivery times and charges will vary depending on the destination and the size of the order. Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery. 

  • Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. 

  • Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Nisa Health . We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. 

  • Return Costs. 

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. 

  • Returns and Refunds. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided that the products are unopened and in their original packaging. This applies to CBD-containing products as well, but we cannot accept returns of any CBD products that have been opened due to health and safety regulations. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products.
